Horseradish Cream Dressing
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp grated horseradish
dash salt
dash sugar
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
Whip cream; add lemon juice and vinegar gradually, and stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with tomato jelly, mixed greens, or cold meats.
Makes 2 cups.
Variation - Add 2 tbsp grated cucumber.
