Hot Cheese & Hamburger Dip

1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 - 10 oz. Rotel tomatoes & chilis
1 - 8 oz. cans mushroom stems/pieces
1 lg. can black olives, sliced
dash garlic powder
pepper to taste
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 to 12 oz. sour cream

Brown the ground beef and drain. In crock pot, place all ingredients except sour cream. Stir and cook on high for 2 hours or until cheese is melted. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream and mix well. Serve with scoop Fritos or your favorite chip.
