I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the whipped cream stay afloat and not melt right away on your hot chocolate.
At starbuck the hot chocolate is hot and yet the cream does not dissolve instantly.

ha i have wondered this so many times but just go back to starbucks instead of trying to find out! im going to research and solve this problem!
I think that they are adding a stabalizer to the whipping cream when they put it in the whipped cream tank/dispenser… It adds no flavor but whipped cream lasts longer… I use it all the time with my whipping cream
