Hot Feta Artichoke Dip
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion. Serve with tortilla chips or Melba toast.
