I know home cooking is always the best, but there are times when one has to resort to take-out. Any take-out suggestions for great CRISPY hot wings?
Definitely don’t go to Rally’s. They heavily bread theirs, then fry, then coat with sauce…which come out soggy.
So OK, perhaps I got a bad batch, or a lousy worker. But at 80 cents a wing section, its not worth a second try.
Lots of places are serving up soggy wings these days. It makes me a little sad inside. I like the good old dredging in flour and spices, deep frying, and tossing in a butter and hot sauce mixture.
And if you ever find a place with a 5 cent wing night, you let me know immediately. I’ll cross oceans for that deal.
