How to cook diced pork for raised pork pie

Hello,
The recipe I have for a raised pork pie calls for ‘150g cooked ham hock’. I don’t have any but do have some diced pork.
What would be the best way to cook (and for how long)?

No! As the recipe calls for ‘cooked ham hock’ I’m assuming that I will need to pre-cook the diced pork rather than adding to the other ingredients raw.
