I’ve switched to buying raw cheddar, and it tastes fantastic, but I can’t find any locally that come presliced for sandwiches. I’ve had some success using a knife, but it’s a little crumbly, so I need to be very delicate, and it’s quite tedious. I see there are tons of cheese cutters out there, and I was curious to see what had worked for others who are cutting somewhat delicate cheeses.
