Hello! How do you deep-fry bananas with the batter coating the bananas still crispy after 3-4 hours? Mine goes limp and soft after just 1 hour. Thanks.
Hi Kitchen Witch, your recipe looks interesting. I have not tried deep-frying bananas wrapped in spring roll wrappers before. Seems like a good alternative to using batter. I drained them on wire rack and then paper towels. Thanks.

I accept not approved deep-frying bananas captivated in bounce cycle wrappers before. Seems like a acceptable another to application batter. I drained them on wire arbor and again cardboard towels. Thanks.
