How to use leftover breaded cod fillets?

I have a number of leftover breaded cod fillets, and I just don’t know how to use them in a new and interesting way. :confused: I could just reheat them and serve them that way, but there must be a more exciting presentation somewhere!

Anyone have any ideas?

You can use them in fish tacos.

Add them to salad and garnish them with some olive oil. Must be good. Salad can be eaten with any meat dish
