As a main dish I have already made/started stuffed pork chops.
Basically thick Pork Tenderloin cut to about 1.5 inches, sliced in half open, and I put my own ginger corn bread stuffing in them, and topped with a tequilla ginger lemon vinegar reduction that I came up with.
That aside, I need help with the side dishes.
I plan on making sweet potato samosas as the side, does this work together? I haven’t tried this before. . .
