Ice Cream Egg yokes vs No Egg Yokes

Hello,
Sorry if this is a repeated post. I searched with no results.
What is difference in making Vanilla Ice Cream using egg yokes and NOT using egg yokes.

With yolks you will get a richer more yellow ice cream.
