Ice-cream with raisins and rum
3/4 cup of raisins, 1/2 cup of rum, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups of cream
Pour the rum upon the raisins and leave them for one night. Warm the milk up in a small utensil. Beat the eggs with sugar in separate bowl. Slowly add the warm milk to them(do not stop stirring). Leave aside to cool down at room temperature. Add cream and freeze. Put soaked in rum raisins before freezing.
