IHOP Big Steak Omelette

3 eggs
1/4 cup thinly sliced steak
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
thinly sliced onions (about 2-4 Tbsp)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
1 Tbsp sour cream

In a large skillet saute the sliced steak, onions, and bell peppers. Saute until the onions are translucent.

Set aside

Scramble the eggs with the sour cream. Cook the eggs over medium heat until you are able to flip them. Flip the eggs over and turn the heat to low.

Spread the cheese, steak, onions and peppers over the eggs. Fold and heat through.
