Impossible Cake
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup plain flour
90 grams butter or margarine
Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix all until combined (by hand or quickly with a mixer, not too much) Put into greased dish and bake in moderate oven 180 degrees C cook for 1 hour. Turn oven off and cool in oven.
