Impossible Italian Pie

1 pound sausage (bulk)
1 green onion bunch, chopped
1 cup Mozzerella, grated
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
6 ounces sour cream
3 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown, drain and crumble sausage. put in bottom of 11X7iinch greased baking pan. Top with onions and cheese. Put rest in blender for 1 minute. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until tests done with knife.

this is a very good recipe, I sometimes (for a quickie) use 1/2 c chives and 1 t Italian Spice Blend
