Indonesian Rendang Curry

I tried this recipe on Sunday. It was posted by fransiscus. I used beef and not chicken about 2 1/2 lbs. because it didn’t say what the equivalent of 1 whole chicken was. So that amount looked about right. The sauce was delicious but next time I would definitly double the sauce. I like to dip pita bread in it or soak it up with rice. This would also work well with lamb.
