From Martha’s Cupboard at The Ripley FUM Church
This group prepares a meal once a month to take to the elderly, sick and shut ins in their community. This is one of the deserts they use.
I have made it with German chocolate cake and icing. My friend said they have used all different combinations and all are really good. A glass of milk is good with it.
1 BOX YELLOW OR CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
1 CONTAINER OF GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE COCONUT/PECAN ICING
4 EGGS
¾ CUP OIL
1 CUP WATER
MIX ALL TOGETHER
GREASE/’SPRAY A BUNDT PAN BEFORE POURING BATTER INTO IT.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
BAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES
