2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb. chicken, cut in parts
1/2 cup Hellmann’s real mayonnaise
1-1/4 cups Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
Brush chicken on all sides with Hellmann’s real mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag. Add chicken one piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
