Island Kielbasa Crockpot

2 lbs kielbasa
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
20 oz can pineapple chunks, undrained

Slice kielbasa in 1/2" slices and place in crockpot. Add ketchup, brown
sugar and can of pineapple. Stir until throughly blended. Cover and
cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.

I actually fixed this recipe a few weeks ago. I ended up cutting the ketchup to 1 1/2 c. and adding 1/2 c. honey bbq sauce. My family loved it. I’ve passed it on to a few friends who have also made it and had their families love it too.
