I would greatly appreciate any and all crockpot recipes for Corned Beef and Cabbage and Potatoes. I need detailed directions as when to put the cabbage in and then potatoes, etc. Not sure how to cooridinate it and this would be my first time making this dinner for St. Patrick’s Day. TIA!!!
Corned Beef Supper
1 small onion, sliced 4 small carrots, cut in chunks 1 corned beef brisket with spice pkg. ( 1 lb.) 1/3 c. unsweetened apple juice 2 whole cloves 1 T. brown sugar 1/2 t. grated orange peel 1/2 t. prepared mustard 2 cabbage wedges
Place onion in slow cooker. Top with carrots, potatoes , cabbage and brisket. Combine apple juice, cloves, brown sugar, orange peel, mustard and seasoning pkg.Pour over brisket cover and cookon high 4 hrs or low 8 hrs. Strain and discard cloves serve pan juices with beef and vegetables.
