I just discovered this appetizer, and would really love to make them at home!
Stuffed Peppadew Peppers
Ingredients
6 ounces herbed soft goat cheese, room temperature
24 peppadew peppers (found in the grocery store near the olive jars)
1 bunch chives
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Place goat cheese in a zip top bag. Snip a small hole from the corner of the bag and pipe into peppers. Chill until ready to serve and garnish with chives and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Macaroni Grill has some sort of sauce drizzled on it. I’m not sure, but I think it was some sort of balsamic glaze/sauce?
I just found this site and I am sure in the last 10 years you have discovered the secret…but just in case
I believe you want to heat them in a 350 oven add a sprinkle of bread crumb to the top and the drizzle is a balsamic reduction.
I love these too!!
