Italian Chicken Breast Casserole

4 chicken breasts, flattened thin
2 cups marinara sauce
4 cups multicheese mixture such as mozzarella, romano and cheddar
2 cups fine bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian spices
Olive oil

Place a small amount olive oil in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and spread to cover bottom of pan. Lay chicken breasts in oil. Sprinkle bread or cornflake crumbs evenly over chicken. Spoon marinara sauce over bread crumb layer and sprinkle seasoning over all.

Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken tests done.

Serves 4.
