Dressing:
3/4 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Fresh Basil Leaves
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 clove garlic
Salt and Pepper
Salad:
1 bunch spinach leaves
1/2 avocado, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/4 c. feta cheese
1/4 c. cashews
1/2c. black olives
Mix dressing and salad right before serving.
