hi! does anybody knows how to make t.g.i.f’s jack daniels porkchop? its a family favorite…

You can use this as a marinate or as a basting suace.

To marinate shrimp, scallops or other seafood marinate for one hour.
Beef, chicken or pork place in refridgerator over night.

May also be used as a baste while meat is being grilled or broiled.

i tried looking for the cayenne pepper in the groceries, but we don’t have it here in the Phils. Any alternative for the pepper? is it ok to use ordinary pepper?

cayanne pepper is a powdered red pepper so if
you can find something similar in the phils that
should work. You may have to adjust the amount
depending on how “spicey” it is.
