Jalapeno Cheese Bread for Bread Machine
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 to 1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup (3 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons seeded and chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon Red Star brand active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, 1 pound loaf, and press-Start.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. Makes one loaf.
Makes one 1-pound loaf of Jalapeno Cheese Bread.
