2 pkg. Lipton’s chicken noodle soup mix
8 cups water
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup regular (not instant) rice
1 1/2 lb bulk seasoned sausage
1 can chopped mushroom
1 tsp curry powder
Place soup mix, water and celery in a large kettle. Bring to a full boil and add rice. Boil slowly until thickened. At same time, brown sausage and onion. Drain, add curry powder and mushrooms; combine two mixtures and pour in a light greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
