I have this real easy pork ribs recipe.
Jim`s country style pork ribs
6 country style pork ribs
1 48oz can pineapple juice
1 bottle original bulls-eye bbq sauce
Directions:
- trim all excess fat off ribs
2.place ribs in a large stock pot with pineapple juice. - boil the ribs for 1 hour. drain. place on a cookie sheet.
- baste ribs on one side with bbq sauce.
- place in oven and broil for 2-2 1/2 minutes.
- take out and repeat the process for the other side.
- take out the second time, and baste for the third time and
let them set for 5 minutes. they are now ready to serve. - I always serve these with a potato salad…
- once these ribs have been boiled, you will have to use a spatula
to move them or they will fall apart they are that tender.
