I also ate the finger lickin’ good crabs. So i asked the waitron what the name of the spice was. The answer i got was, louisiana bbq spice(fiesta bbq) by cattlehorn company.

We don’t make our own BBQ seasoning at Joes. It comes from a company in Ohio and we just add water to it. Also, we don’t steam the crab. We toss the crab in the BBQ seasoning and flash fry it.
