2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Combine ingredients in tall container. With hand-held blender, process on HI until smooth. If necessary, stop blending, lift unti out of mixture and start again. Serves 2.
