- 2 Kangaroo Sausages diced
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- Red/Green capsicum
- 12 Almonds (Roasted)
- Salt reduced Soy Sauce (1tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (1tsp)
- Grill Kangaroo sausages.
- Prepare rice as per packet directions.
- Stir Fry vegetables until nearly cooked.
- Add rice and kangaroo, allow everything to heat through.
