Kapuzta (polish)

1 1/2 lbs fresh pork,1 lg. onion,1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage,1 qt. sour kraut (caraway style)1/4 head fresh cabbage chopped,1 tab. caraway seeds,1 can cream of mushroom soup not mixed with water,salt and pepper to taste, cut pork in bite size pieces, fry with chopped onion,combine all other ingridents and toss in slow cooker, along with the fryed pork and onion,and mushroom soup,cook on low 4 to 6 hours,the longer you cook it the better it is. You may also add ham and fryed up bacon, what ever you like, use your imagination.this is a great holiday, and party goer with me. everyone loves it,you will too. eat and enjoy
