Katsu Sauce recipe

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to thoroughly combine.
Allow the sauce to rest at least 30 minutes before serving.
