Kentucky Style cole slaw

My best cole slaw recipe…just like the Kentucky chicken joint. For the dressing: 1/4 cup veg. oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, heaping 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup mayo and 1 tsp of celery seeds. Whisk until smooth. Finely mince a small white onion and add it to a small bag of preshredded cabbage along with the dressing. Cover and refridgerate for at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy !
