8 cups finely chopped green cabbage
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl.
Mix together other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour over vegetables , stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 - 3 hours.
