is KFC done in a pressure cooker. most pr.-cok. say not to use oil.
I too had the same problem. I used a deep fryer and it worked okay, but a pressure fryer seems to be really expensive and commercial grade. Not anything that I would be purchasing just to fry chicken maybe once a month. Unless somebody knows of a less expensive Pressure Fryer that could help us out.
