This is a good, easy recipe!!!
Kielbasa Sauerkraut and Beer
◦2 lbs kielbasa, sliced into 1 inch pieces.
◦1 – 12 oz bottle of beer.
◦20 oz bag of refrigerated sauerkraut drained.
1.Combine all ingredients into crock pot.
2.Cook 5 to 6 hours on low heat until meat is tender and plump.
