Killer Brownies
1 large bag chocolate chips (divided in half)
2/3 cup sugar
¾ stick of butter
2 T of water
¼ t vanilla
2 eggs
¾ cup of flour
1/8 t baking soda
Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease 8 inch square pan. In medium bowl place butter, sugar and water. Microwave until it just begins to boil (approximately one minute). Stir until blended, add ½ chocolate chips until melted. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time and stir until blended. Add flour and baking soda. Add rest of chips. Put into pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes (but check after 25 to see if knife comes out clean). Do not over bake!!! Cool completely before cutting.
