3 ripe Avocados, cut in half and scoop out pulp
1 medium tomato, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
1teaspoon of “Taco Seasoning”
2 green onions, minced
juice of 2 limes
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of your favorite Salsa
Cut Avocados in half, lengthwise.
Remove pit and scoop out the pulp. Mash it together in a bowl with the lime juice.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly and serve with fresh chips.
1 (6.5 oz.) jar Cara Mia Marinated Artichoke Hearts
6 slices bacon
Drain artichoke hearts. Cut larger ones in half. Cut bacon slices in half and fry
until partially done; drain. Wrap each piece around an artichoke heart,
fastening with a toothpick. Place under the broiler. Broil until bacon is crispy
and artichokes hot. Serve at once.
