Knorr Country French Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups water
1 package of Knorr Spring Vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup sour cream
In a large pan, brown the chicken in the butter. In separate bowl, stir together water, soup mix, and flour until blended. Add mixture to the chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer (stiring/ flipping chicken occasionally) for about 10 min, or until chicken is tender. Remove the chicken and place on a platter. Stir the sour cream into the pan mixture and warm. Serve over chicken.
