Lazy Day Cobbler

I was recently going through my grandmother’s attic and I found a box of her old recipes. Here is one I found to be wonderful so I want to share it with you! For Lazy Day Cobbler: Put one stick of BUTTER in a dish and melt in oven. Beat together 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup of milk. Cook apples in a saucepan, cover with water and add suger to taste until done. Add flour, suger and milk mixture to butter. Add apples to a baking dish and cover with the flour, sugar, milk, and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees or until brown. Cool and enjoy by itself or with ice cream!
