Lemon & Dill Salmon Crepes

Crepes are more than just dessert. Unsweetened crepes are used throughout France to create delicious meals. Try this French inspired recipe using SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water to get for mouthwatering flavor wrapped in a soft and creamy crepe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch of SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
  • 1 pack crepes pancake mix from store
  • 1 to 2 Sundried tomatoes (optional)
  • ½ tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp red onion
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

Prepare three crepes following instructions on crepe mixture packaging. Mix avocado, red onion, cream cheese, tomatoes, chives, and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water together. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Separate mixture into 3 portions. Place a portion on each crepe lengthwise. Roll and serve.
