Lemon Frappe

Lemon Frappe

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1/2 cup cold water
1 pint lemon sherbet or vanilla ice cream
1 (12 ounce) can ginger ale or lemon-lime soda

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Pour into a serving pitcher; add ginger ale.
Serve immediately.

*Note: You can make this a lime frappe by simply substituting limeade concentrate and lime sherbet.
