Lemon Grabber Cake
9 x 13-inch pan
Preheat oven to 350°
1 pkg lemon gelatin dessert
3/4 c boiling water
1 lemon cake mix
3/4 c salad oil
4 eggs
2 c powdered sugar, sifted
juice of 3 lemons
1 container cool whip
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Cool. When gelatin dessert is cool, add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to it. Beat until smooth.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until done. Prick top of cake all over with a fork while hot.
Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour the mixture over the cake. Once it cools frost with cool whip and refrigerate.
