My Daughter-in-law loves Ruby Tuesday’s Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta. we don’t have a Ruby Tuesday’s in our town and thought it would be nice to make for her birthday next week.

Baked Chicken & Broccoli Pasta - description

Pasta tossed with fresh steamed broccoli and Parmesan cream sauce. Topped with grilled chicken, cheddar cheese and baked.
This is from Olive Garden - maybe you would want to make your own Alfredo sauce (there are many recipes on this site) and try it yourself you can’t find the recipe from Ruby Tuesdays (just a thought).
Olive Garden Alfredo Fettucine
8 ounces Cream cheese, cut in bits
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Milk
8 ounces Fettucine, cooked and drained
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. minced onion
Bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
2 to 2 1/2 cut up chicken
Mix first three ingredients and dip chicken. Coat with crumbs or flakes. Bake on greased pan or roll lined pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
