Normally I will do curries using pressure cooker.As by frying vegetables consume more oil so better follow this.We can prepare any curry items in the same way as explained.
Preparing Beans curry.
Chop the beans to small size.Cook it keeping in pressure cooker and after that fry in a pan pouring 2spoons of oil, small quantity of jeera,musturd , pour the beans add salt, green chilly paste according to our taste.Grinded coconut adds extra taste.Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves which are finely choped.
