I am looking for a recipe for spoon fudge. This is fudge which is poured in tins and is eaten with a spoon. I had this at a craft show and recently bought some for gifts. It is “DELISH”, but pricey at $10 for 8oz. I would like to make them myself in the future. This is a true fudge and not a marshmallow creme fudge. Anyone else have experience with something like this?
