I just wanted to say that I really have enjoyed this site. It is like having a perpetual cookbook! The recipes are great and the background on some of your favorite dishes has been very educational - and I haven’t read everything. I hope to expand my own cooking experience through the ideas and suggestions I find. I am new to “chatting” and posting, but I will contribute some of my favorite recipes and hope that you will enjoy.
