Low-Fat Caesar Salad

one head romaine lettuce
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves fresh crushed garlic
dash of salt & pepper
seasoned croutons

Wash head of romaine lettuce and tear into bite size pieces.

Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and milk.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, and salt & pepper.

Place romaine lettuce in large bowl, add dressing, and toss well.

Add seasoned croutons and lightly toss.
