Low Fat Chorizo

1 lb ground chicken or ground turkey
1 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 t dried chipotle chiles, ground
1 T chili powder
1/4 t cumin
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
3 T vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. When ready to use, fry in a hot skillet with a small amount of oil. This is great with scrambled eggs or potatoes.
