1 can (26 ounce) whole jalapenos, sliced in half by length and seeds removed
1 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons dehydrated chives
1 tablespoon minced pimiento peppers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Leave cream cheese out of refrigerator to soften. Once softened whip cream cheese and add the following; mayonnaise, chives, pimientos. Blend together until smooth and fluffy. Fill jalapenos with cream cheese mixture and enjoy. You may have to double this one because you can’t eat just one! These would be a nice party buffet fill-in or a side dish for an office luncheon. Cover and store remaining jalapenos in refrigerator.
